t4ctoday i went for t4c.. it's training for coaches.. it's a TOT session for Projek Tekad's coaches (normally people call facilitators).. actually this is my second time joining Projek Tekad, Projek Tekad Perak being my first Tekad.. i must say that i'm hooked, that's why i'm joining for the second time.. the best thing about the session today is that i got to meet my champion, aznie from Tekad

currently i'm out of town.. i had a training yesterday.. today i'm basically free, because my return flight is tomorrow.. i planned to wake up early, to see the sunrise, to read by the pool and just sit by the beach, just sit... and guess what, none of them was realized.. have to do better tomorrow.. since i'm going back late afternoon..oh, and i miss my french class and american idol's finale..
