cleanin' up my closet.. (pc, actually)

hari ni hari yang membosankan. sepatutnya hari yang agak sibuk, tapi memandangkan minggu ni minggu yang last aku kat sini, jadinya semua pertemuan dengan students jadi singkat. dah tinggal saki-baki syllabus je. tak sampai 20 minit, dah siap. takpelah,bagi chance kat diorang semua. jadi masa yg terluang tu digunakan untuk bergambar kenang-kenangan. masih belum boleh upload lagi. hujung minggu ni, insyaAllah boleh agaknya. paling awal Jumaat, paling lewat... hmm.. the sky is the limit.

since i'm so bored, i decided to clear up my pc's hard disk. my pc's quite old (not that old!). the size of the hard disk is just 16 Gb (only 1 Gb left, that's why i need to clean up the old rubbish.. i want to put new rubbish pulak!). speed is 800 MHz. quite slow compared to today's pc. but i can still use it, it can cater my needs and i love it! so, where was i?.. hhmmm.. yup, so, i was cleaning the hard disk.. it brings back so many memories - to look at all the stuff i put in it many eons ago..! sweet memories.. bitter ones too.. there was this one folder named "website" and i opened it.. so, it has so many files - html files that my friends and i did for the subject website development and programming. i forgot what the webpages are all about so, following my curiousity, i clicked the default.html file. my first reaction was to laugh.. comel gile!! not that it has cute animals or the like.. it's just that the simplicity of the page. the folder was for the group's website - so that we can put anything that concerns our project. our group's name, well, not really our group's name, rather our company's name was Lollapalooza Inc. hehe... i forgot what lollapalooza means.. ask this girl. she found it in the dictionary.

yang kelakarnye website tu, we were required to use css (cascading ......) and so we did lah.. you can say we were very naive inexperience (i can't think of any other words) when it comes to applying our creativity into action.. i'm not saying that we dah pandai but i can say that we have improved especially her. i mean, look at her websites laa.. ok ok.. i digress easily.. so, back to the css files. the styles we used were very basic. nak tunjuk kat orang pun segan. that's how simple they were.. the webpages has 3 frames, one horizontal frame on the top, one vertical frame on the left and the main frame. punya lah teruk kitorang masa tu, we couldn't even get the image mapping right!!

macam-macam lagi yang aku jumpe kat dalam hard disk pc aku. practical training report pun ade jugak. teringat lagi masa tu. first time venture into working world. tiap-tiap hari pegi kerja. almost tiap-tiap hari lambat. makan nasik lemak FAD (kan zrett...), lepak kat lab, turun tgk wayang kat TGV... and the list goes on.. teringat masa bulan posa kena stayback sampai malam.. terawih kat masjid klcc (kan loly...) sebab nak siapkan kerja before habis training. banyak jugak files yang di download (should i say muat turun??) masa kat klcc tuh (no wonder tinggal 1 Gb je).. dah habis practical training folder, jumpe final year project folder pulak. hmm..teringat supervisor aku yang tak sampai 5 kali pun aku jumpa masa buat projek tu. sleepless nights, goreng masa buat presentation (sampai ada yang tak mandi pegi presentation - but not me lah!!), pulun nak cari ayat-ayat yang meyakinkan masa nak buat final report pulak.. heeii, macam-macam.. all those unforgettable memories.. tak sangka sekarang ni dah grad pulak.

oh well.. i know i'll never forget all those sweet memories with my friends, i'm glad our paths crossed..all my friends have helped me to be the person that i am now. thank you for helping me.. :)
