today i went for t4c.. it's training for coaches.. it's a TOT session for Projek Tekad's coaches (normally people call facilitators).. actually this is my second time joining Projek Tekad, Projek Tekad Perak being my first Tekad.. i must say that i'm hooked, that's why i'm joining for the second time.. the best thing about the session today is that i got to meet my champion, aznie from Tekad Perak.. it was surely a pleasant surprise, although the surprise was not intended for me.. i was so glad and happy to have met him.. and i am sure happy for him, knowing that he has improved a lot since Tekad.. however, the credits are all due to him for he wouldn't be where he is today if he didn't put his heart in it...

one of the contestants sang this song, which i love so much! only that i can sing better than her.. *that's perasan talking.. heheh...
