truth always intimidating cause truth always bout things we wish not to hear.
calm down and slowly swallow the truth might be hard but effort to learn it will improve how you handle emotion through hard time. well, hard times came everytime. handling it with maturity is a luxury skills.
denial is such a horrible place to live in, agree?
